Scholarship Request Form

The scholarship process: 

 

First:

With limited space for registered families it is important to first complete an online registration with a $100.00 deposit for the session you wish to attend.  To register for camp: Registrations open soon

Second:

Print the Scholarship Application Form.

Instructions on the form will ask you to work on developing a financial plan with funds from three sources:  home, local congregation and the request you are making from the camp's scholarship fund.  It is important to understand these funds are limited and will only be granted if they are available.  By doing what you can to secure other funds you will be helping us reach more families in need.

Third: 

Return the completed scholarship form to Camp Director, who will process your request.  To email with the completed application as an attachment send it to: campmarshalldirector@diomontana.com

When completed, the Camp Director will notify you of the status of your request.
