Volunteer Cabin Counselor
From the campers point of view. What makes camp "happen" for a camper is the counseling staff. From the first few minutes on the camp property to the closing Eucharist Volunteer Counselors are there to serve campers and help them navigate a successful week. Counselors have everything to do with making the cabin a safe and fun place to be. Also, counselors are there to keep everyone safe and listening and responding to the dynamics in and among campers in the cabin. Helping campers craft a "context" for their theology of living in Christ Community is all about the work counselors do to help make that happen. If you want to have a roll that is very important to the life of campers then being a cabin counselor is the place to be.

Volunteer Camp Nurse
A volunteer nurse makes all the difference for a summer camp. From the day campers check in to their last day at camp the Nurse plays a impactful role in having a positive summer camp. We need volunteer nurses more than ever as we move from two summers of being closed back to a traditional summer season. Please pray about being a part of this ministry.

Arts & Crafts Volunteer
In the Episcopal Church we teach that a Sacrament is an outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual grace. At camp, we encourage our students to give expression to their relationship with God through art media. Making the work of our children "Sacramental" by definition.
Art is a whole world of discovery and insight. If you have the passion to help young people find and express themselves through art we would love to have you at camp this summer.

Waterfront Volunteer
Camp Marshall enjoys 1/2 mile of waterfront on Flathead Lake. In addition to swimming camp offers; kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, boating trips to wildhorse Island and sailing. Volunteers who have the skills/training to lead sailing are most desirable since it requires training and a great deal of time devoted to the boats themselves.

Volunteer Kitchen Staff
Volunteer Kitchen Staff make all the difference in making "Radical Hospitality" a possibility! When our campers and staff come into the dining hall everything that is ready makes a difference that is felt through the entire program day. From the first cup of coffee to s'mores at the end of the day. Volunteer Kitchen staff help with all of the little touches that make people feel special. This is a powerful and important ministry of Camp Marshall.

Digital Media Volunteer
The two primary questions that drive the digital media program are:
1. What do your digital footprints look like and
2. When you upload content to the internet does it resemble your commitment to the baptismal covenant.
Crafting a space where we empower young people with looking intentionally at our baptismal covenant and pondering how to give that expression in a digital format is a great opportunity for us to help campers recognize their "connectedness" via the internet as part of their expression of their faith.
Volunteering to be a part of the Digital Media program is a powerful and fun place to be at camp.

Facilities Volunteer
Camp Marshall is located on Flathead Lake with eleven cabins, three primary year round buildings, two shower houses, year round residence and a shop. There are a lot of walls, doors, locks, that need care on a year round basis. (did I forget to mention the five acres of lawn?). There is much more here than anyone person can take care of. Volunteers are always welcome and needed. If you are the kind of person drawn to fixing / maintaining / painting or mowing you will love the ministry of stewardship we have here.
